What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us — mainly through the "Partner With Us" enquiry form on our website. Depending on what you fill in, this may include:

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this website. The only third-party requests made when you visit are for the fonts used to display the page (see "Third-party services" below).
How we use your data
We use the information you submit only to:
- Respond to your enquiry about our logistics brokerage services or partnering with us as a carrier;
- Get in touch by email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding a potential or ongoing job;
- Keep basic records of client and carrier communications for our own business administration.
Our legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you have voluntarily sent us — and, where a contract for services follows, the performance of that contract.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Third-party services
We use a small number of external services to run this website. When you use the site, some limited data is shared with them:
- FormSubmit — the form on this site is processed by FormSubmit.co, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit does not use your data for any purpose beyond this delivery. See their policy at formsubmit.co/privacy-policy.txt.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Netlify — our website hosting provider, which processes standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the site. See netlify.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of our business dealings — typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal, accounting, or tax obligation, or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Ask us to delete your data, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
- Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data;

- Lodge a complaint with the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
